Software for the work that lives in spreadsheets.

I’m Anmol Dhiman. BuiltWithAD is my independent software practice: I map the work, build the tool, and stay the one person you talk to.

One builder. No account managers, no handoffs between teams.

See how the work gets drawn

Five steps, scattered and then in order.

1The problem

Most internal work is not hard. It is unowned.

A request turns up somewhere, gets copied by hand, waits for someone to notice, and is decided in a thread nobody can find again. The task is simple. The path it takes is where it goes wrong.

That path is what I work on, so the first thing I do is draw it.

  • It arrives somewhere nobody is watching.

    Addressed atRequest arrives

  • It is sorted by hand, differently each time.

    Addressed atTriage

  • It is read without the context it needs.

    Addressed atReview

  • Nobody can say who agreed to it.

    Addressed atApprove

  • The reason is gone by the next request.

    Addressed atRecord

2The method

Five steps, put in order, each one owned.

  1. Request arrives

Email, chat, or a tap on the shoulder

  2. Triage

    Whoever notices it first

  3. Review

    A spreadsheet, copied by hand

  4. Approve

    Chased over three channels

  5. Record

Re-keyed into the system of record

Held together by people remembering things.

Illustrative process, not client work or a screenshot of software.

4The evidence

One project, stated exactly as far as it is true.

In development

PowerDemo

An in-development product exploring editable motion-design and demo-video creation.

Confirmed
It exists, and it is in development.
Not stated yet
Ownership and authorship, release date, pricing, availability and screenshots. Nothing goes here until it is confirmed.

Client work

Placeholder, not a real client. This slot stays empty until there is work I have permission to show.
